1. I want to send a link to members that will take them directly to a particular module.

This is currently not possible for individual module links. But you can send them to the course log in portal directly (sites > memberships > settings > custom domains)

2. I want to create my own welcome email for new enrollments, how to add the variables user login name: and user password: to the email template that I'm creating?

   You should be using membership contact : use this email template
