Always make sure to test your funnels before setting them live.

Sites > funnels > settings > change from live to test mode.

Then go and test your funnel as if you were a customer trying to purchase.

If you get the arrow like shown below that the card has been declined, this means you forgot to change the funnel from "live" to "test" mode.
