1. I am not seeing booked appointments in my calendar / or I am seeing them in the wrong time.

Please make sure you have selected the correct time zone in the settings

2. Can I create a custom link for my calendar or form links?

Unfortunately we do not have this feature at the moment.

3. Why are some schedules are visible on the CMH Calendar but not on my Google Calendar?

Please disconnecting and reconnecting the calendar.

You have to go to settings integrations then disconnect the Google tab and then eventually you will reconnect it
